[KOTG.I] Help wanted for KOTG!

Before the tournament:
- Demo's: we're looking for sick ass DM demos to make a promo movie. Send URLS to PACO.

On the day itself (Oct 5th):
We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic people that can help out with KOTG for the day, as it such a large tournament... it needs a lot of people organising behind the scenes in order to have it run smoothly!

We're looking for two types of people to help out at the moment:
- People who can keep an eye on IRC and Twitch chat. Answer questions, tell people where to go, alert admins if something is wrong, etc.
- People who can take responsibility of a heat. This means managing the players in it, giving people the correct server information, ensuring the match starts as soon as possible and finding a sub if necessary (which is actually harder than it seems).

I don't mind helping if the help is needed I am always active on IRC so what ever help is needed I will be here. Pretty sure they don't need that much servers but if anything I am pretty sure they will have the figured out I would also help out with servers if needed got 3 NFO servers.

I'm guessing for the help is covered. How about a rotational schedule or so as if other helper need to play, let the other person come in and take over and wait until the played person is back? Anyway I'm sure all of this is figured out.
