After being back for a year, I think it’s time I take my first stab at power rankings. Of course these rankings are solely my opinion. I’ve decided to take a more visual approach to my rankings with some extra wink in the writing. Good luck! Have fun!

This team has the power to be one of the strongest teams in their division if not the league but it all comes down to their commitment to make matches. They possess strong offense and sturdy defense as long as they stick to their positions. There will be many 'PACO vs jyb' verbal arguments on position and their roles in the future.

ScReaM, snky, NP^ ramdrop, booth Sponge volcanic, Slasher, HULKSMASH, BeasT, SupremeSnky will be the clear hype man of this team and will need to rally the troops with good vibes and laughs to carry them into victory. If you happen succeed with making snky frustrated his communications on teamspeak turn quiet as a mouse. Altogether, ScReaM picked a solid all around starting squad but they will need to prove themselves. They have Sponge the no mic as back up if needed who can also bring some solid flags home.

paleface, sens, pulip rain, -rapture- csnafk killemall, NiNjA][GAiDEN, clankiller, cafe, HermioneI don’t know much about -rapture- & sens at the moment. Just one response I get back constantly is that sens is a 1v1 god. Hopefully that will translate to some nifty capture the flag gameplay. Unfortunately it looks like it will be another season with rain having to play defense. Really wish rain would’ve drafted a defensive duo so he could’ve unleashed his offensive powerhouse that often times has to lay dormant. The offense will now be reliant on how effective paleface can be. Teams will most likely be targeting him from the start, effectively shutting him down and creating a mountain of frustration for paleface. The dev squad is littered with lower-tiered players and the one and only Hermione no mic. If I have one request for this team, it’s to have them rally together and buy this man (or woman? its a mystery worth solving) a mic!

hatchet, senad*, rev nBOBx, caspa miracle xios, nabzzz, zac, jinnzilla, brett-This seasons draft started out strong for Miracle with the selection of Hatchet and senad*. It quickly became a mixer of players known from separate mods creating a texture unknown to humans. The chemistry is something that will need to hold this team together but will be hard to come by as communications can be kind of sparse or erroneous.

Monk, sonic|^, convict blackout\\, lineage heavy NakedMan, bittin, seeya, Xhackz, nomikeI am really liking the formation of this team. I don’t completely agree with Monk drafting Convict but can see him playing a floater role laying down cover for the two powerhouses of Monk & Sonic while they run flags. The defense is also strong but the rage factor of blackout might prove a chemical meltdown in teamspeak. He’s feisty and passionate. This team is clearly setup for regular matches and leaves a squad of development players needing to prove themselves.

Sauron, natrix, KNOCKOUTDAD bug, maestroLOQ sturm cella, iGniTe[MK], frauenarZt, macz, markyThis offense can be really strong if they’re firing on the same wavelength and moving as a unit. I can see this team a little disorganized and needing proper alignment which is why I picked natrix as the hype man. He will be somebody who keeps the spirits positive and the train rolling. The defense is reliant on maestroLOQ showing up for matches. If this doesn’t happen then bump roads are in the future. I would love to see KNOCKOUTDAD fall into a supporting offense role. He is equipped with sharp in-game thinking and predict where is teammates might be on the map to provide that extra cover fire. Think of KNOCKOUTDAD as a warm blanket covering natrix and Sauron before a nap.

ulo, bear, K-os^ ravonix, MaDTeTa tnz fleecey, ev(!)l, danon3^, k2, RailDemonUlo went with drafting his defensive duo out of the gates then focused on patching up the offense. The outcome subpar. Communication between the offensive players will need to be top notch to keep this team together. The defense might have to engage into risky behavior to move up and cover their flag runners. They’re stick with leaving their two powerhouse fraggers on defense creating a bottom heavy lineup. Tnz could see some play to help alleviate this issue.

n0b, AnNiHiL4ToR, KyuKen hertz, Serenity whitechocakagod *SuPa)-()V(aN*[KRU], Diana, crashedmc, DLX, wndgLeave it up to whitechoc to draft an interesting group of characters all somehow coming together to make a complete team. Really strong defense with offense that will need to prove themselves. The development squad is a collection of meltdowns that could turn full-on nuclear at any moment. Whitechoc has a tough task ahead with leading this team and keeping the emotions in check. Count on listen-ins happening. I can see CrashedMC shaking off the rust and maybe making an appearance in a regular match or two. Lets also not forget Serenity holds the power to single handily win a map for his team if he decides he’s not bored.

ApOkaL1pS, humpty, kud kylewins, kE- sl1d3r dangerboy, soulreaverz, feisar, cyp, imperiousKylewins went with a team mixture of teamspeak buddies. Some are inactive but knowing they’re playing together can bring them into active territory, maybe even playing a couple of pugs! I’ve seen kylewins getting a little more active in the pug scene over the past week or two. You go girl! With that said there’s a lack of that top-tier polish but it’s countered with higher heavyweights. Will the offense hold enough firepower to bring flags home? Outlook uncertain.

flowX, riven, Cromaniac vega, Joschde SnpY anna, provocation, ttn, LeonFlowX drafted an assembly line of nightmares this season. Three have been members of the same clan for years and the current crown wearer himself, Cromaniac. Will this translate to capture the flag chemistry? Tough to tell. All reliant on that first cap to make it a win or an epic circle strafing 20 minute fragging collapse. The development squad will most likely be riddled with no shows. Will SnpY be able to hold back from frog hopping or will he be laughing and hopping all the way home to map disqualifications? The German force is strong in this group and can possess some chemistry powers. Their draft scheme seemed to be all planned for weeks maybe even months with evidence of them signing up with comments, “BERTS INCOMING”, “BERTS IN DA HAUS”. I smell a conspiracy and I don’t like it!

RickJames, cyrax, gzt snap, xenoscythe d3r nightwing, Moli, akito, madz, alesDuring the draft I just pictured RickJames tilting his head 90 degrees and sticking his tongue out screaming #YOLO after each draft pick. RickJames started the draft strong with picking up snap but struggled to find his defensive bro. Looks like it will depend on the map with who plays that defensive role. Be on the look out RickJames because the other teams will find that pocket and pick it dry. The development squad looks a little stronger with a couple of players with high accuracies but are well known to be holding their shots in. An unhealthy approach to capture the flag strategy.

rum, steel, pokerFACE Viperzz^, dev Bas beastz, KlicKz, miek, nordog, vdkBas drafted one of the sexiest star studded offense in this season without taking a too big of a hit on his defense. But dont get it twisted, this defense can be strong but definitely far from rock solid. The offensive powerhouse might be hampered by having them constantly falling back to keep the flag in the base. Both rum & Steel are very smart on in-game timing when they need too. Viperzz^ is the 5th place finalist in the recent KOTG tournament but is kind of fragpower proven to translate to defensive smarts?

InfamousRaider, Devil^Youa, DAM! mng, finalzje d1sc Murder, Hallu, specialone, dEv!LdR!vEr^_, MirlynMng has created a mystery team. The names that jump out to you first is finalzje and InfamousRaider but there is little nuggets like DAM! who brings extra firing power to the team. Remember DAM! finished 4th in the KOTG tournament. InfamousRaider will most likely have to take on the role of being the main flag grabber while the other two offensive players circle strafe for 20 minutes.

sunny, zein, kowa fisk, fail nitro linoleumbonaparte, diptie, faithless, nanstuko, draymithThis team might quickly become a team that hides in the shadows but is packing some heat. Individual firepower is apparent but is the team chemistry there compliment it? They’re defensively strong and if SunnY can transform into league shape their offense can be optimus prime! I’ve seen zein pugging a lot lately showing his passion and shaking off the rust to get the season started off right. It’s a mixed bag.

Dewsick, banko, palak crunk, massie crux alpha, ravje, Arys, fractius, jaydradeAnother interesting team. Massie was able to grab some good players with individual skill. It’s just a matter of the chemistry they can build which might become stronger as the season progresses. Crunk has proven some good strategies that work against teams. Be on the look out for Dewsick because he’ll definitely throw out some clutch plays that will clean out some colons. Banko and Palak will need to keep the offensive strong and steady.
