Big props to Monk/ulo/HULKSMASH for going over and refining the rules.. Things worth noting:

Team Size = 11 players

Devs = 1 starter + 4 bench. With 225 signups, it makes no sense to have so many players rot on the sidelines. We are going out on a limb to get as many people as possible involved and playing and we hope that the signups will reciprocate and stay active.

Captains need to have their maps selected for elimination at least 15 minutes before the start of the match.

Don't be racist in-game or out of game. We will be treating all racial infractions seriously and hope that everyone will respect this rule.

If anyone has any questions/comments, feel free to post them.

Fix the merc rule please. It isn't fair to teams without high ranked players to not be able to use high ranked mercs. A team with the 1500 player can get any merc - merc pickups should only require the proper salary plus the dropper player and merc be within a certain dollar range OR the #x ranked player on their respective team.so if my highest ranked player is 1300, they can be subbed by any merc, no limit.

Missed that point someow but the range deal should be included. If a merc is 1345$ and my player missing is 1340$ I should not be prevented from picking up said merc. That's utterly ridiculous.

Basically, the current rules are like this, Morph:

If a team's top players are 1400 and 1350, and there is a merc available for 1405, the only way the team can get said merc is by trading the 1400 player (top salary on team). The team can not trade their 1350 #2 player or anyone else to get said merc.

This has always been a rule BTW. It just differs in sDOM when there are less people on a team.

Last iCTF season it was impossible to pick me up by some teams? i remember this issue at least
