2. See who your heat manager is:

3. PM your heat manager that you want to check in. (Time: 2:30 PM EST). If you're late you risk losing your spot!
Your heat manager will then give you further instruction, and when it is time & all 10 people are there and ready, he/she will provide you with the correct IP.

3. Come onto IRC and PM HULKSMASH that you would like to sub. The earlier you're on, the more likely you're able to get a spot. She will then provide you with further instruction.

Lastly: Use the same name you signed up with on IRC, so you are easier to distinguish by admins. PLEASE USE YOUR SIGN UP NAME WHILE PLAYING, for both casting and stats reasons. Also I'm pretty sure you want it to show up on your profile page that you participated in this sick 160 man tournament. To do that you have to use a matching name though.

I'm sorry there must have been a mistake while assigning people to heats as this was done manually. We'll sort it out and otherwise you can play in heat 16 in my spot.

well I guess I fucked up and missed my heat, been more than a decade since I've done any UT competitions so I don't know what irc server is used nowadays and it's not listed anywhere I see.
