UT99 INIS Website 2017

I have updated my ini website, it has also changed domains, it is no longer sja94.net76.net/ut/inis, it is now hosted here:

Basic information:

- Added nexgen system.
- You can now take snippets of files without downloading everything.
- There are values of certain features displayed in the nexgen tab once you click on a file.
- Website now has music(Godown).
- Website now has some sound effects.
- Removed comments system.

- FOV is sometimes not displayed.

- Fixed Ravonix file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed Outlaw file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed WeeDMaN file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed Md` file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed [R]usianINI file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed Chamberly file not downloading on Google Chrome.
- Fixed Serenity file not downloading on Google Chrome.



Thanks to @|uk|Scream for pointing out that Ravonix file wouldn't download, otherwise I wouldn't have found out about this problem.
