Awesome game with loads of potential but still work to be done. I really want to try a Battle Royale sometime but have been unsuccessful getting into one.

BR might be the most fun part of the game, and they just flipped over to the ticket entry system. They're also selling a month's admission pack..which sort of just feels like a subscription to play BR, really.

Yeah, it's definitely a bit of a cash-in on a game that's still in alpha. You can definitely see the progress as they keep working on it, but I've already paid once and feel there shouldn't be any sort of subscription fee for a game that's still unfinished.

Supposedly the base game will be free and BR will be the cash cow. At least, that's how it was explained at the start. They decided to do the switchover now because they have had extreme server load on BR for weeks, so this will help alleviate that quite a bit I would imagine. Still, I don't like the fact they are basically doing a sub fee for an early access game.
