UT Frame issue

UT Frame issue

Helo.

Basically to cut it short and sweet, I formatted today and although my PC and UT is more stable, I've been having a problem every 20-30 seconds my UT seems to drop frames and judder for a few seconds, then it goes back to normal.
Anyone have any ideas or had this issue before?

You have to tinker around in your ut renderer preferences, I was playing around with mine until i got a solid 145 fps and it doesn't move at all and vsync isn't on. Im using d3d8 btw.

I still get input lag, not as worse as before but I deal with it.
