[FACTIONS.I] Ranking Thread

Dear ladies and gentleboys, these are the tentative rankings. As they become official, players will get a + next to their name. The players are grouped into tiers but are not placed in any particular order within the tier. If people would like to give feedback on the list.. say the name and the tier.. don't say that someone should move up a few spots because that is stupid and it will make my innards implode in a fiery rage.

The cap will be set to 42 points. This means that players can come up with some funky combinations for how they want to assemble their starting five. The maximum number of players allowed on a roster is 7 players. This means that team values can exceed 42 points however the lineups cannot.

How do I get a team? Make one with your friends/enemies/randy peoples. Maximum players on the roster = 8 and maximum points allowed in a match is 42.

Very solid list actually. I think this system is much easier and requires less tweaking. I feel like this list could very well be the final version, although I would change these:

In tier 3, dev and rootsoft should be tier 4.

In tier 4, reflex and Feisar should be tier 3.

I feel that I could easily be a tier 5 player also, but I doubt it will happen.

I'd personally move Lineage and Miracle to tier 5, and CrashedMC to tier 4.

Tier 7 has been added and it is going to be a temporary tier that is used for the players who have signed up but have not received a rank yet. I'll keep updating the list as people join the tournament and get filtered into the lists.The first wave of new entries is as follows:

Last one, you should set a cap on roster points or decrease the maximum. What's to stop say rain and serenity teaming up so they don't have to play each other?

Rankings all look good to me. Xeno is borderline t3/t4 like flowX, but given their inactivity t4 is best.

I'm happy to play for anyone. If you need a good budget secondary D, me and a player like finalz (t2) or rapture (t3) (to name some examples) is a very solid duo that will allow you to stack up on offense. I'm also solid O on faster maps (like most of the new ones).

Also, I agree that reflex is too good to not be in tier 3.

I see Paco has now transcended tiers and made himself omnipresent. Rankings look solid, including the new suggested places.

I think dev should go down a tier. I also think I'm probably more a tier 3 player than a tier 2 player. I accept I'm fairly near the boundary of the two tiers but I think I'm a similar level to some of the tier 3s but stand out as the worst player amongst the 2s.

My instagib shock rifle is currently collecting dust in my cupboard and has been since THB was knocked out of sDOM.

I'd have to de-rust myself before playing at a comfortable level, but as always, hard to judge inactive players upon their return, so hope I'm not salt in a teams wounds.
