Team size expansion

Due to the unexpected amount of signups, team size will expanded from 8 teams of 8 to 8 teams of 10. With that, admins are giving though to the idea of using a 1 starter 3 dev format for dev matches instead of 2 starter 2 dev. More information will be given in the coming days.
