Here are my rankings (work in progress), in order from Best to Worst by tier. I split them into "tiers" of sorts, where each tier have the ability to be every bit as good as most of their own tier and vice versa. I am of the opinion that those in the same tier should be very closely ranked, and rankings shouldn't be evenly distributed because skill is not evenly distributed i.e. Unrealshots and bleh shouldn't have more than a $150 spread, etc, etc. If two players are virtually identical in skill, they should be given the same ranking (or maybe $1 difference). Spreading "evenly" simply creates mathematical bias which skews the draft and creates a new variable that causes increased partiality.

pokerface?? He's 5th man range, but not up with those guys. Shooting spawns uselessly to hit stats numbers doesn't mean much, or else hermione would be up there with him.

me, nitro, and dev are all 5th man material at our worst.

Se7eN is around shadowfax level I'd estimate.

-rapture- must be rpt, so he's pretty good. No idea where to place him, maybe gold tier.

Means nothing. Nick didn't make a lot of people's top 30s but is playing top 10 recently.

You always say that people should be bumped up for their performances in previous seasons (on match reports) - it should apply to you as well. You were above most of these people last season and having made the finals and performed very well I see no reason for you to suddenly be ranked lower.

Anyway judging yourself is of course always the most biased and hardest part - the rest of the rankings look fairly good.

Lots of players have made improvements and more than warrant to be in the bronze tier even some in the backup when playing good can make bronze.

Se7eN is legit, I would pick him over players like krm every day. I've played some 1v1 ictf recently vs different players and I ran over guys like supah by 20-30 caps, but Se7 gave me a challenge. Dont make him some salary filler that sits on the bench.

Also I'm happy to be rated low, but some of these are so ridiculouly low that I'd be left with a massive salary gap if I'm starting myself. I'm very clearly better than every player from klickz to beast on bas list, for example. Will be starting pugging again this week.
