While I appreciate every person who steps up to be a captain, when there is an overflow of captains, decisions have to be made. When it comes to leading teams, the first come first serve principal does not apply - sign up order does not warrant best suitability. While it is arguable what makes one suitable and I believe in giving (new) people opportunities, I must also look at the hard facts: Both BeasT and iSpy have not been active at ALL recently.

One of the most integral parts of captaining is being active prior to the draft so you can get to know the players and their corresponding performance. Who are great pickups? Who are a bit rusty/washed up? Who is good value for money? Can I work with this player?
With your near inactive states, I believe it is near impossible to know these things, or the players you're drafting. And as your draft makes the team and the season, I believe it is in everybody's best interest to give the chance to somebody who has done his/her homework.
I am not giving either of you a definite no, but for now, you're on the substitute bench. I hope you can understand this decision from our perspective and will remain respectful regardless.
I will add that if you were to start increasing your activity levels now and maintain them until iCTF II, I'd be more inclined to give you a captaining position next season.
