But I have finally sorted out my priorities and will be available to whoever wants me (if needed).

Two more updates:

The match will now be played half an hour later, so at 4:30 PM EST, to accommodate the assault Show match which will be played before the all star match. However I'd still like you to be online and ready to go at 4:15 PM EST (8:15 GMT & 9:15 CET).

Due to the handpicked teams not being very even I have instead decided to use a picking system. For this I will add a new pug mode (allstar) to the bot in #ipug, where each captain can pick players one by one. This so that the talent is spread out a bit and we have a better chance at an exciting, top notch all star game. If your name is green in the first post of this thread (ie you need to be signed up for the ictf season and have posted in this thread) you'll be eligible to join the bot from 4:00 PM EST onwards on Sunday 26 Oct.

We will start with rummy and finalz picking teams, then I'm thinking maybe 5 mins to discuss maps with your team mates? (let me know if this is acceptable) Then we will do map selection by elimination (like we do for tiebreakers).

And then you shoot the guns! And the rest of us will watch on twitch.tv/ownedwell.

Sounds like a great plan! Maybe 2-3 players from this allstar match and then 2-3 breakout performers from the season per a team?

I'd have to work out the specifics, but I was thinking:

At end (or near end) of season, I start thread who do you nominate for all star match & why (has to be clutch in some way, not just 'because he's my friend'). Hopefully we should reach around 16 (or more) players, which would mean 5 players per team + 3 back up players.

Finals are on 14 December, so ideally the All Star Match would be on 21 December (I don't know if that's too close to Xmas for people or streamers).

To avoid the top players stacking vs. lower players, I would like to use the same drafting system with two gentlemens stepping up as captain.
