There are 3 games in the regular season. As far as the match times for your team goes, your team will definitely have:

1 reg game at 4pm EST/9pm GMT/10pm CET
1 reg game at 5pm EST/10pm GMT/11pm CET
1 reg game at 5:30pm EST/10:30pm GMT/11:30pm CET

The dev games will start between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. The timing of your dev games will vary from team to team (as they are cross divisional).

If your reg game is at 4pm, your dev game will definitely be scheduled at 2:30 so you are done in plenty of time for your reg game.
